Repairs and Support

As an authorized distributor, our company also handles repairs domestically. For L4 products purchased from us or from Yodobashi Camera, we accept both manufacturer warranty repairs and paid repairs outside the warranty period.

For malfunction repairs, please contact us at the email address below and provide the switcher's serial number.

When sending in a product for repair, you will need to send the switcher to our company at your expense. After we inspect the damaged areas, we will provide an estimate. Repairs will be carried out once we have confirmed payment for the repair costs and return shipping from you. Please note that payment is accepted by bank transfer only.

 

Even for issues covered under the manufacturer warranty, you are responsible for sending the switcher to us at your expense, and the return shipping cost will also be your responsibility. Please be aware that physical damage from drops or strong impacts is not covered under the warranty, even within the warranty period.

Please make sure to have the receipt or invoice from your purchase ready.

For products purchased from other stores, please contact the retailer directly.
